It has been a long weekend at the space, but a lot of changes have been made. Make sure to drop by and check out the new layout and all the new stuff that has been set up.

TCMS is proud to announce its second class, Intro to Picaxe microcontrollers. This class is a great starting point for anyone who is interested in the world of microcontrollers and doesn’t have a lot of programming experience.

The class will be held on 11-16-2013 at 2PM. Tickets are $35 for non-members and $26 for members. Tickets are available on Eventbrite.

TCMS will be holding its first class. We will be offering an introduction to soldering class. The class will cover using and setting up a soldering iron, different soldering techniques, and will conclude with each student assembling a through hole electronics kit.
Each student will take home a completed kit, soldering iron, solder, soldering iron stand, and diagonal cutters. The class will take place on 10-30-2013 and should take about an hour to and hour and a half.
