It&#8217;s great for cutting bars or rods.<\/p>\n<p>Just clamp your workpiece into place, raise the bar, turn it on and lower it onto the workpiece. Gravity will do the rest as the moving blade cuts into the workpiece. The machine will automatically turn off the blade once it cuts all the way through!<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s common practice to use this to do a rough-cut and then use the <a href=\"http:\/\/tcmakerspace.com\/index.php\/precision-matthews-pm25mv-milling-machine\/\">milling machine<\/a> to smooth out the cut edge for a finished look.<\/p>\n<p>Members are required to attend a short class on safety and usage before using this machine.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>What can you do with it?
